01 Accepting these terms

Using this site means you accept what is written here. If you do not, the correct response is to stop using it — that is genuinely the whole mechanism. These terms may change without individual notice, and the version live on this page is the one that applies.

02 Age restriction

This site is for adults aged 18 and over. Nothing published here is written for or directed at anyone younger, and no page should be read as an invitation to a minor to open a Lotus365 ID or to bet. If you are under 18, leave.

03 What this Lotus365 site publishes

An independent information resource about the Lotus365 platform. We publish guides explaining how the Lotus365 ID system works, how login behaves across sportsbook builds, how the Android app is installed, how the exchange operates and how payments move.

We do not operate Lotus365, we do not hold your funds, we do not process deposits or withdrawals, and we do not issue accounts. Where a page describes something the desk does, it is describing a third party.

• Not a tipping service. No page here predicts a Lotus365 market.
• Not legal advice about the status of online betting in your state.

05 Accuracy and change

Content is written carefully and checked, but the Lotus365 platform changes. Sportsbook layouts get rebuilt, domains get blocked and replaced, minimums and payout windows shift. Figures such as the ₹100 deposit minimum and the 10 to 30 minute UPI payout window describe normal Lotus365 conditions and are not guarantees. Busy nights stretch them.

If something here has gone out of date, tell us and it gets corrected rather than quietly left in place.

06 External links and third parties

This site links out, including to the Lotus365 ID desk. Those destinations have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and we have no control over what they publish or how they behave. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

Any agreement you enter into with Lotus365 or with an agent desk is between you and them. Disputes about balances, bets, settlements or payouts are resolved with that party, not with this site.

07 Your responsibilities

• Keeping your own Lotus365 ID and password secure, and never sharing them.
• Betting only money you can afford to lose entirely, on Lotus365 or anywhere else.

To the fullest extent the law allows, this site and the people behind it are not liable for losses arising from use of the content — including betting losses, missed opportunities, downtime, or anything resulting from the behaviour of Lotus365 itself, which is a third party to this site. The content is provided as it is, without warranty. No exceptions.

09 Intellectual property

Text, layout, design and graphics on this site are ours unless stated otherwise. Quote a short passage with attribution and a link if you like. Republishing pages wholesale is not permitted. Brand names and marks belonging to third parties, Lotus365 included, remain theirs and are used here for identification only.

10 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and Indian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing else applies.
